Change of dedication (Doctoral studies)

Change of dedication in doctoral studies.

PhD students may apply for one time (and before asking for extension of the submission of the doctoral thesis) to change their study load (from full-time to part-time and vice versa).

To apply, the documents must be submitted to the program manager, who will send them to the program's Academic Committee for approval:

• CADE form
• CDDT or CDDT+DDTE (for external supevisors)*

* CDDT signatures must be electronic (not scanned). If someone does not have an electronic signature all document signatures will be handwritten (no mix of signature types in the document is accepted).
