How should an extension of stay be processed?

Important:

• It is not possible to process agreements with dates that have already begun or have passed. Students who are already at the UPC cannot be processed.
• The process begins when the correct and complete agreement is received. Agreement + invitation letter + ID card or Passport + insurance.
• The process will be stopped if the Responsible Teacher does not sign electronically after receiving the electronic signature e-mail.
• The PDI must ensure a decent work space for students.
• They cannot be students with degrees or without current enrollment in their home institution.
• There can be no internships in August and this must be stated in the agreement.
• When the agreement signed is a templeate from the university of origin, special attention must be paid to the clauses of intellectual property and the section in the case of laws and courts.
• Handwritten, with Tipp-ex and/or similar agreements will not be accepted.
